Limited Digital Image License
1. Grant of License
Upon purchase, Faye's Photography L.L.C. (the "Licensor") grants you (the "Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and perpetual license to use the purchased digital image(s) for Personal Use only.

2. Permitted Personal Use
You are encouraged to enjoy your purchase in the following ways:

Digital Display: Setting the image as a wallpaper/background on your personal devices (phone, laptop, tablet).
Social Media: Sharing the image on your personal social media profiles, provided that [Your Studio Name] is credited in the caption.
Archiving: Keeping a backup copy of the file for personal records.
3. Prohibited Uses
To protect the integrity of the art, the following actions are strictly prohibited without a separate Commercial License:

No Commercial Gain: You may not use the image to promote a business, brand, or service.
No Resale: You may not resell the digital file, include it in a collection, or sell physical products (t-shirts, mugs, etc.) featuring the image.
No Modification: You may not edit, filter, crop, or alter the image, nor may you use it as a "base" for AI-generated imagery.
No Distribution: You may not share the high-resolution file with third parties or upload it to "stock" websites.
4. Ownership & Copyright
The Licensor retains all copyrights, titles, and intellectual property rights to the image. This license is a transfer of usage rights, not a transfer of ownership.

5. Termination
A Note on Misuse: We take pride in our work and expect our customers to respect the copyright. If these terms are violated, this license will end immediately, and you will be asked to remove the image from your platforms and delete any digital copies.
